✓ Review So far I just got on the app and I think it’s a great app but I don’t get notifications whenever I receive a text so I would like it to be fixed ASAP. Personally, I dislike the idea of a monthly recurring charge for app subscriptions.

I would likely give this app one more month prior to deleting it, unless I am able to upgrade to an annual subscription. However, from what I can tell, there is no way in the app or thru Apple Subscriptions to switch between monthly / annually subscriptions. ✓ Middle of the Road Solution I enjoy the clean UI, list of available numbers, and ability to set business (do-not-disturb) hours. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Total scam! They clearly have been deleting reviews because they only show 3, 5 star reviews when it says there’s 60 in total and a few 1 star reviews that apparently we can’t see. This app says it’s 100% free, it is not free. I went with them because I thought they were vetted by Apple.
So now I am stuck and their free one month is a joke because your issues are not worked out in a month however you are billed on time. You also have to wait for days for them to actually address your email. So now I have 300 garment labels printed with my business phone number that doesn't accept phone calls from all carriers. Everything they suggested that I didn't do with their app I had already done. I did everything that customer service suggested could be the problem. I removed app put app back on phone twice. A lot of my business comes in from Instagram. The phone does not allow for calls to come through from AT&T customers.
I had friends that used different cell phone carriers call me. Purchased the app for use as a business number. ✓ The problem never resolved and dropped Contacting customer service is like sending messages to Mars.
